Renting a stunning dress from Chic Glam Closet is simple, fun, and sustainable! Here's how it works:

Explore our online catalogue: Discover a curated collection of designer dresses for every occasion, from cocktail parties and weddings to galas and casual outings. Use our filters to narrow down your search by size, colour, style, brand, and more.
Save your favourites: Create a wishlist of dresses you love and easily compare them side-by-side.
View detailed information: Each dress listing includes high-quality photos, size charts, designer details, and customer reviews to help you make the perfect choice.

Schedule your dress fitting appointment: Before renting, we highly recommend booking a fitting appointment at our store at Chic Glam Closet. This allows you to try on your chosen dresses and ensure the perfect fit. Link to the booking page.
Confirm your appointment: You'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your fitting appointment.

After your fitting: Once you've found the perfect dress, you can easily reserve it online or in-store.
Select your rental period: Choose the dates you need the dress, typically a 2-day rental. Rental period extension is also possible.
Confirm your size & availability: Ensure your desired size is available for your chosen dates.
Place your order: Securely complete your rental reservation with your payment information.
Schedule delivery or pickup: Choose to have your dress delivered to your doorstep or pick it up from our convenient location at The Core, downtown, Calgary.

Your dress arrives: Your dress will arrive freshly cleaned, pressed, and ready to wear in a garment bag.
Style & shine: Rock your stunning dress at your event and make unforgettable memories!
Easy returns: Simply place the dress back in the garment bag and return it to us by the end of your rental period. You can choose to drop it off at our location or utilise our convenient return delivery option. We handle the dry cleaning!
