Delivery & Return Options

Free Store Pickup & Drop-Off – Pick up and return your dress at our store location at no extra cost.

One-Way Delivery ($) – Have your dress conveniently delivered directly to your home, office, or any other location within our delivery area.

Two-Way Delivery ($) – Enjoy door-to-door service with both dress delivery and return taken care of.

Next-Way Delivery ($) – Need it fast? Place your order by 12:00 PM the day before for next-day delivery.

One-Way Delivery:

• We'll deliver your chosen dress directly to your doorstep, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
• Coverage: We offer one-way delivery throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
• Timing: Your dress will be delivered to you on your rental start date. The rental period is 48 hours, meaning your dress must be returned two days later by the same time it was delivered.
• Cost: ($20 + taxes) for one-way delivery within our coverage area.
• Tracking: You'll receive an email once your order is out for delivery.

Two-Way Delivery:

• For ultimate convenience, choose our two-way delivery option. We'll deliver your dress to you, and include a return label and instructions for easy return.
• Coverage: We offer two-way delivery throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
• Timing: Your dress will be delivered to you on your rental start date. The rental period is 48 hours, so we will arrange to pick up the dress from you two days later at the same time as the delivery.
• Cost: ($30 + taxes) for two-way delivery within our coverage area. 
• Tracking: You'll an email for both the delivery and return.

Rental Period Information

At Chic Glam Closet, we offer a 2-day (48-hour) rental duration to make your dress rental experience seamless and stress-free.

Please Note:

• Your rental period begins the day your dress is delivered to you. You do not need to account for delivery time in your 2-day rental period.

• Example:
  If your event is on Saturday, March 16th, you would select delivery for Friday, March 15th. Your dress will arrive on or before Friday, March 15th, and you must return it by Sunday, March 17th.

• Returns: Simply drop off the dress at our store or schedule a two-way collection for hassle-free returns.

Important Delivery Information:

• Delivery Date: We recommend selecting your delivery date at least 1-2 days before your event.
• Next-Day Delivery: Express orders must be placed by 12:00 PM the day before for guaranteed next-day delivery.
• Fees & Charges:  All delivery service options have a charge; only store pickup and drop-off are free.
• Delivery Address: Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.
• Signature Upon Delivery: A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
• Rural Deliveries: Deliveries to rural areas may take longer and may be subject to additional fees. Contact us for more information regarding rural deliveries.
• Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or courier delays, may occur. We will do our best to keep you informed of any potential delays.
• Packaging: Your dress will arrive carefully packaged in a garment bag to protect it during transit.
• Return: Please package the dress in the garment bag for return.
